A metallic cylindrical resonator is a well-known base detail of the significant part Coriolis vibratory gyroscopes (CVG) [1] including MEMS gyro. It own parameters just after mechanical manufacture in main are determine an advisability further utilize and future gyroscope accuracy potential. Initial testing CVG resonators directly their often done using optical method [2,3] or acoustic [4,5]. Unfortunately investigated quality by not very well describe scientific literature. paper presents results some extension investigations resonators. This result describes behavior maximum factor (Q-factor) axes resonant frequencies under stabilized temperature step influences can be used prediction for bias minimization during it works range.
